How to Buy & Place Order
Buy product by e-mail
To buy our product or place an order, please write the code of furniture, name / description, size, finishing color, fabric or leather and quantity for each item using office program ( Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word ). Send the list of order by e-mail, then we will process the Performa invoice and make calculation for the total volume. Minimum order is FCL 20ft Container ( 30 CBM ). Container Volume :
* 20 FT Container = 30 CBM
* 40 FT Container = 60 CBM
* 40 HC Container = 65 CBM

After the Performa invoice have been approved, we are require 50% deposit or advance payment by transfer before we start production. The remaining / balance 50% to be finalized / transferred 1 days after loading container or after you receive copy / draft Bill of Lading (BL) by e-mail. After the payment / transfer has done, please send us the copy transfer ( MT 103 ) by e-mail. As soon as we have receive your transfer, we will send original Bill of Lading ( BL ) and others documents by carrier to your address.
Buy product by shopping cart on website
1. Select the product you like on the product page / on the home page.
2. Add it to your shopping cart first before placing an order.
3. After you feel that the item you want to order is correct, click order now in the shopping cart section.
4. Complete your personal data information according to the provisions displayed. and click process now on the checkout page.
5. You will receive an order invoice to your email.
6. Pay for your order according to the total cost listed on the order invoice.
7. Confirm your payment through our system or via WhatsApp, our admin will immediately confirm your order and payment.
8. Our admin will immediately process and send your order as soon as possible, and you will get regular updates about your order.
9. If the order has been received and there are no complaints, we will change your order to completed in our system.
