Order Process / Manufacturing Process
After receive deposit or advance payment by transfer, we start for manufacturing order process. We have been manufacturing Indonesia fine furniture using solid woods and traditional handcrafted methods and finishes. We use only the best grade wood and our polishing process that is certainly done by hand is considered the among the finest in the industry. We have the ability of finishing of our furniture product using the touch of experience and dedicated handicraft, that will assure of our commitment to your satisfaction.
Lead times are around 80 days from receipt of deposit. This is an average time taken process, manufacture, finish, wrap and loading container. It can take longer or less time to complete. In the case of bespoke or made to measure item, from final approval of drawings. Some more complex bespoke items may take longer.
* 1 x 20 FT Container = 70 days ( not included with shipping time ).
* 1 x 40 FT / HC Containers = 80 days ( not included with shipping time ).
Here is a quick overview of the production / manufacturing process
Selected plank of wood are kiln dried for 2 weeks before production and construction can begin. Several kiln dried are use to speed production.

Our craftsmen use selected good wood material to produce furniture. All products designed with the best construction, ensuring comfort and durability.
All furniture are made with beautiful hand carving by skillful craftsmen. Our carving detail exactly looks French styles with beautiful carved features.
Raw product we check the size, construction. Moisture content keep between 10-14. Furniture is treated with chemical to avoid termites and other insect.
The polish department process the wood finish in various colors and finishing techniques. The finishing mostly use is NC/Spray and hand stain system.
Chair and sofa on upholstery process. Good sponge, fabric, leather and other material are applied. Fabric and leather is used according to request.
Finished goods go under the quality control department, where the goods are check in every detail. Further QC prior to packing in the repair area.
Qualified furniture will be packed in professional manner where every point keep in mind in order to avoid any breaking and damage.
The Finished furniture will be packed with plastic, foam sheet, single face (wrapping paper) and cardboard. Then put label for each products.
Loading supervisor checking items to go on the container. Professional loading man will load the furniture to the container in good and safe position.
Ready for transport to the docking terminal ( Port of Loading is Semarang Port ). The shipping agent will handle delivery to port of destination.
Shipping / Delivery
Normally, we deliver the container from port of loading ( Semarang port ) to port of destination between 25 – 35 days (depend on the location).
* Port of Loading is Semarang port, Central Java, Indonesia
* Price list on the website are FOB price ( Free on board ) for minimum order FCL 20ft Container.
Included :
– Free trucking from Jepara to Semarang port.
– Standard Fumigation “Methyl Bromide 48 gr” ( Non AQIS )
– THC, Doc fee ( Semarang port ), Sending Document by Carrier (DHL/TNT) or Telex Release
* For order not in full container (LCL) Prices are Exwork/Jepara price. This means you pay for all delivery cost from Jepara and pay for all document cost.
* Shipping ( OCEAN FREIGHT ) is not included in the price, it will become responsibility of buyer. All order sent freight collect. However, upon request we can assist the arrangement.
* You may nominate the freight forwarder and shipping line, or we will assist you to find one that suits you best and arrange the shipment.
* All container are fumigated as required by international law for which the company accept no responsibilities nor liabilities.
* Insurance on container is solely the responsibility of customers.
